Muay Thai 

This is a month lessons on speed, inference, and technique. going from basic to advanced. I will show you the foundations of Muay Thai. Mixed lesson for using all the foundation work in combination. This is a health way to keep fit and learn how to defend your self. 

Adult class  

               $65

This includes a month session with basic to more advice stages. giving a child the strength that is needed for life. giving them a sense of pride and ability to do anything they set their minds to.

Child class  

               $55

Teaches team building skills. Sticking with core work of building up trust and focus on ability to strike with power. Showing at any level parents can learn and practice perseverance along side there child. 

Parent  and Child class               $155
